4.2.4 – Price Presentation

The Fitness Manager presents the member with program options to achieve his/her goals. These programs include personal training three, two, or one time per week. If a member does not choose one of these options, down-sell to the Fast Track Program.

Refer to the relevant VFP Cue Cards for a script to guide the Fitness Manager through the sales process.

Immediately after the member chooses a program, the Fitness Manager books the sessions in the Datatrak Scheduler for the next two years, depending on what is the client’s best day and time for training.

The Fitness manager prints the schedule for the client.

Complete the PT Agreement

The Personal Training (PT) Electronic Agreement Entry (EAE) is then completed and signed by the member, and the first payment is collected.
