3.1.5 – Listen to Recorded Calls with Membership Advisors

The Sales Manager uses two tools to review telephone calls made by the Sales Team, in order to ensure the quality of the calls and seek ways to improve the team’s skills.

  • CallSource is a system that emails the calls to the Manager on a daily basis. This system pulls calls from our toll-free number, 877-The-EDGE. When a new Manager is hired, a staff member at Corporate signs him/her up to receive the daily emails from the system.
  • Advecor is a system that pulls calls from the number that appears in our direct and shared Mailers. The Manager in this case will log into Advecor to access the calls.

The Sales Manager or General Manager may choose to present a call, positive or negative, to the team during meetings to help coach them on best practices.

Listen to Calls on Advecor

To access Advecor, perform the following steps.

  1. Open the website http://apms.advecor.com/msa/ .
  2. Enter the Login and Password provided to you, and press Enter. From here you can access and listen to the calls.

Pull the Advecor Call Report

  1. Open the website http://apms.advecor.com/msa/ .
  2. Enter the Login and Password provided to you, and press Enter.
  3. Click on Reports.
  4. Click the first drop-down list and select “Detailed Call Report.”
  5. Filter the report by club and by the desired dates.
